Introducing our new Head Chocolatier, Jessica Barker

Jess has been with us for two years, and we're excited for her to continue our tradition of creating delicious chocolates and confections! She received her Baking and Pastry Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University, and trained at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in France. In addition to crafting our tried and true favorites, she is creating new and interesting items, including her most recent crème brûlée and banana fosters bonbons. Look for more new, delicious creations coming your way, and stop by to see what's new in our shop!
